Frequently asked questions

Are flights included?

No. The price of €1,290 per person covers everything on the ground. You book the flights Hamburg → Jeddah, Jeddah → Jakarta and Jakarta → Hamburg yourself; we advise on routing and timing before you book so the group travels together.

Is the Umrah visa included?

Not by default, because requirements depend on your nationality. Ask us and we will tell you what applies to you and help with the application.

Do I need Umrah experience?

No. Our guide explains the rites of Umrah (Ihram, Tawaf, Sa’i, Tahallul) before and during the visit. Families and first-timers are welcome.

Is all food halal?

Yes. Every meal on the tour is at a halal restaurant or a hotel with halal options. Indonesia is the largest Muslim-majority country, so halal food is the norm.

How do prayer times work during the tour?

The daily schedule leaves room for the five prayers. Mosques are everywhere on Java; hotels provide qibla direction and we plan stops at mosques or prayer rooms.

Is this tour suitable for children and older travellers?

Yes for most. The early start for the Bromo sunrise is optional; anyone who prefers can rest at the hotel. There is no strenuous trekking on this itinerary.

What is the group size?

Private tour for your family or group. Price is per person based on twin/double sharing; ask us for a single-room supplement.
